Data Deletion

Speglo is built so there is very little of your data anywhere to delete — and whatever exists, you can erase yourself in seconds. This page explains how, and is the data-deletion reference for the Google Play and App Store listings.

What data exists, and where

On your phone: your captured selfies, your AI-generated images (encrypted), your saved API key (BYOK mode), your saved looks (Look Book), your credit balance, and your settings and consent record. All of it lives in app-private storage on your device.
On our servers: nothing persistent. In Bring-Your-Own-Key mode there is no server in the path at all. In managed generation, the single selfie you generate is processed in memory and deleted immediately — never stored, never logged, never tied to you.
No account: Speglo has no accounts, sign-ups, emails, or profiles, so there is no server-side user record to delete.

Delete everything on your device

Open Speglo.
Go to Settings → Delete all my data.
Confirm by typing DELETE.

This permanently erases every captured selfie, every generated image, your saved API key, your saved looks, your credit and purchase state, and your consent record from the device. There is no undo.

Uninstalling the app also removes all of its private data.

Managed generation

If you used managed generation, there is nothing to delete on our side: the server processes your selfie in memory and keeps no copy, so no image or personal data remains after your request completes.

Purchases

Credits, subscriptions, and the one-time Pro unlock are handled by Google Play or the App Store. Manage, restore, or cancel a subscription in your store account. Speglo never receives or stores your payment details.

Requests and questions

Because your data lives on your own device and we hold nothing about you, you can complete any deletion yourself with the steps above. For anything else, contact us through the contact channel on the app’s store listing (Google Play / App Store).
